If Ian can see the issue clearly and fix it within the first block, that is often all you pay. More complex jobs may need additional time — Ian will tell you before continuing.

On-site support is $150 per hour inc GST across the Gold Coast service area — Coolangatta to Hope Island and west toward Nerang and the hinterland.

On-site makes sense when hands-on work is needed: new PC setup and migration, network cabling, printer installation, or problems that cannot be diagnosed remotely.

Computer sales — quoted per job

New HP or Lenovo systems, custom builds, and full migration from your old PC are quoted based on what you need — hardware, setup time, and any extras like additional monitors or backup drives.

Ian recommends what fits your actual use. There is no pressure to buy more than you need.

What keeps costs down
